Patrick Connolly, DC, is an experienced and caring chiropractor serving men, women, and children of all ages in Lake Elsinore, California. As the founder of Paragon Integrated Medical, Dr. Connolly and the team offer personalized and integrated medicine services including chiropractic care, spinal adjustments, massage therapy, muscle stimulation, and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Connolly completed his undergraduate education at State University of New York Orange in Middletown, New York, and New College of California in San Francisco, California. He then attended Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California, where he earned his doctorate of chiropractic. After completing his studies, he returned to the East Coast to practice in Pennsylvania in 1999.

Dr. Connolly has served a variety of special populations throughout his career, including men and women at pain management clinics, student-athletes at Penn State University, and older men and women in senior living facilities. He has worked closely with physical therapists and medical doctors and served as an instructor at Life Chiropractic College West.

Dr. Connolly is comfortable with patients of all ages and abilities and works hard to ensure each person has the best care possible.

As a chiropractor, Dr. Connolly has advanced training in a variety of techniques, including Diversified, Gonstead, Toggle-Recoil Technique, Activator Method, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Thompson drop technique, Applied Kinesiology (AK), Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA), and hole in one (HIO). He combines these techniques with other therapies and integrated treatments to give each patient personalized and effective care.

Rodalyn Ulep-Brown, NP, is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Nurse Practitioner providing treatment for patients at Paragon Integrated Medical and incarcerated individuals in San Diego Central Jail. She is a professional with almost 19 years of nursing experience—a flexible, quick learner who adapts quickly to new situations and enjoys a challenge. Rodalyn is committed to providing quality care; she is a team player who works well in critical situations and a fast-paced environment.

Rodalyn provides the quality care necessary to bring a significant difference in the lives of her patients. She can relate with people of all ages, social and ethnic backgrounds, and maintain patient confidentiality. She is capable of issuing an accurate diagnosis based on scientific evaluation and assessment of patients.
